Are ALL of Christianne’s Natural Beauty products really natural and vegan?
Absolutely!!! Using pure, natural, & vegan ingredients is extremely important to us. All of our carrier oils are 100% cold-pressed and organic and our essential oils are always steam distilled or CO2 extracted. We don’t use parabens, sulfates, mineral oil, synthetics, talc or solvent extracted oils of any kind. It doesn’t make sense for a truly natural company to load their products with parabens or other chemicals, yet we do understand that many companies do (and it makes us mad). Is shipping free if I spend over $50?
If you’re shipping anywhere in the United States and spend over $50 on retail items on our site, yes ma’am (or sir)! We will ship it to you absolutely free! Please note- free shipping does not apply to wholesale orders or orders outside the United States.
Can I split the same order to different locations?
You can place different orders with different order numbers to send to different locations- but each individual order placed must be sent to the same location.
Help! My order is damaged!
It is normal for the shipping box to show some wear, bumps or bruises, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at info@LoveCNB.com Please provide your order number along with your email address and phone number so we can find your order quickly. To assure prompt resolution, please keep the box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
How do I return something?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Christianne’s Natural Beauty purchase, we would be sad. However, simply return it within 14 days of your the purchase date. There are very few exceptions.
The steps are simple: Contact our customer care team at info@LoveCNB.com to obtain a return authorization number. This is very important since LoveCNB.com will not process any returns without an authorization number.
Package your return item in a well padded box to prevent damage in transit, and enclose a note with both return authorization and order number inside your return package. Please keep tracking information for your records. Be sure to write your return authorization number on the outside of your package.
Please remember we can only credit you for the items received back in our warehouse.

We are sorry but return shipping fees are not refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected by our distribution center Customer care will process your return. You should see a credit to your card within one billing cycle.
Please note: Only products purchased on LoveCNB.com may be returned for a refund. Sorry, but we do not accept returns on last call or discounted items. Items will be marked as non-returnable.
If you received a free gift item and you are returning your order, you must include the free gift in your return.
